She also played a key role in developing a compassion-focused program for female offenders. In addition, she supervised and trained assistant psychologists and prison officers in group work skills, report writing and delivering of offence focussed interventions. Beyond her work with the prison service, Rebecca spent six years as a panel member of the Children's Hearing System providing her with invaluable experience in working with children, young people, and their families.
