Starting takes about three minutes: four short boxes, then ten questions you can skip. You can stop at any point and nothing is paid for online.
What you can expect
- No waiting list of years. We usually offer a first appointment within a few weeks.
- One named psychologist who sees you the whole way through.
- Appointments can be in person in Sheffield or online by video, whichever is easier for you.
- We can send questions in advance, keep the lights low, allow extra time, or take breaks whenever you need one.
- A written report you can share with your GP, employer, university or school.
How the journey works
1. Four short boxes
Your name, email, telephone if you want a call, and who the assessment is for. No medical history, no long form.
2. Ten questions, or skip them
The AQ-10 check is shown one question at a time with four buttons. It takes about three minutes and you see your score straight away. If you would rather not, one button sends your details instead.
3. We call you back
We talk through what an assessment involves, what it costs, and answer questions. Nothing is booked until you are ready.
4. Book your appointments
Choose your appointment times in your own online diary. You can see exactly where you are in the process at any time.
5. Assessment and report
A structured, unhurried assessment with a registered psychologist, followed by a written report and a feedback conversation.

These are our standard private fees. We will always confirm the exact cost in writing before anything is booked, and payment can be split across appointments.
Adult ADHD assessment

Structured diagnostic interview, rating scales, developmental history and written report.
Combined autism and ADHD
From £1,950
Both pathways assessed together in one coordinated set of appointments.
Young person assessment (under 18)
From £1,650
School information gathering, parent or carer interview, direct assessment and report.
