Fees and timescales
Published bands so you can budget before you instruct. Every instruction is confirmed with a written fixed fee quotation, and we support prior authority applications for legally aided work.
Fixed fee report bands
Bands are inclusive of assessment time, records review, report writing and one round of clarifying questions. Hourly work is charged at £150 per hour, and legal aid rates are applied where prior authority is granted.

| Immigration and asylum report | £1,200 to £2,200 fixed fee | Trauma, PTSD and depression assessment, and psychological impact of removal or detention. |
| Addendum or further questions | £150 per hour | Answers to Part 35 questions, addendum reports and conferences with counsel. |
| Court attendance | £900 per day, £500 half day | Includes waiting time. Cancellation inside five working days is charged at half rate. |
Travel is charged at 45p per mile beyond 30 miles from the assessment venue, or standard class rail at cost. Prison and hospital visits include the travel and waiting time actually incurred. All figures exclude VAT where applicable.
